Description

APF552(G) is a multi-functional copolymer, which is prepared with natural polysaccharide as the skeleton in a special d initiation mode by grafting petroleum based hydrophilic and hydrophobic monomer.

Characteristics of the Product:

　　· Hard water tolerance:

　　Due to the adsorption of starch itself and its chemistry of a variety of functional groups, APF552(G) demonstrates exceptional water hardness tolerance compared with the acrylic homopolymer.

　　· Inhibition and dispersion of calcium carbonate and calcium silicate scale

　　Compared with acrylic polymers on the market, APF552(G)polymer demonstrates strong inhibition ability of calcium carbonate and calcium silicate, meanwhile it can improves the solubility of slightly soluble and low content calcium scale in water. The product not only has a good effect on scale inhibition and dispersion, but also can greatly reduce the redeposition of inorganic scale on fiber and other surfaces.

Application

　　· Water treatment scale inhibition dispersant in textile;

　　· Calcium carbonate/calcium silicate scale dispersant;

　　· Scale inhibition and dispersant in high hard water environment.

Dose Rates

　　To obtain an optimal effectiveness, this polymer should be used at5- 10ppm.

Storage Recommendation

　　Store in a cool and sealed place, at room temperature.

　　APF552:In 25L, 200L PE drum or IBC drum.

　　APF552G:Packed in 20kgs/paper-plastic bag lined with plastic bag,150kgs/cardboard drum or 1000kgs/big bag.
