APF6102 is the most effective calcium carbonate antiscalant for high hardness, high alkalinity, and high temperature cooling water systems, in the industry.

Characteristics of the Product:

APF6102 can be used as a stand-alone calcium carbonate inhibitor or as a multifunctional formulation support agent in cooling water formulations and other related applications. Excellent calcium carbonate crystal distortion results in non-adherent crystals.
Maintain clean heat exchangers even in high calcium water.

It is stable up a temperature of 300°C.

Superior calcium carbonate scale inhibition in severe service conditions.
Both threshold inhibition and crystal modification
Better results for phosphonate based programs than when phosphonates used alone.

Dose Rates

APF6102 is used at 2~15mg/L with organic phosphonate, used for circulating cooling water treatment and furnace treatment of low-pressure boiler, with good inhibition of scale generation and peeling old scale and scale inhibition rate is up to 98%.
The combination of EDTMPS and AP6102 in 1:3 ratio, can be used for water treatment in low-pressure boiler.

AP6102 combined with zinc salt can effectively prevent the corrosion of carbon steel.

Storage Recommendation

Store in the original container, in a cool dry well-ventilated area out of sunlight and away from incompatible materials and foodstuffs.
Keep containers closed when not in use to ensure contamination does not occur-check regularly for leaks.
